RETURNS

Sheridan French gladly accepts returns on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Any items received outside of the 14-day window or in non-returnable condition will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. No exceptions will be made. Please use the below "Start a Return" button to submit your return and receive a label. Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product.

Your return will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of your package. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email outlining the details of your return. Please allow your bank 10 business days to post the credit to your account or card.
Sheridan French gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise permanently marked down within 14 days from the date of purchase. Price adjustments do not apply to items purchased with a promotional discount or items purchased from our SALE category.
All items sold at a discount of 40% off or more, all items from our SALE category, and any items noted as final sale on email blasts and newsletters are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.
If any merchandise purchased for a discount 40% off or more or from our SALE category is returned, it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

All of our fabrics are made in India. We work to ensure the finest quality of construction and never employ the use of child labor or unfair trade practices. Embellishments are meticulously hand-applied. This skill is very specialized and only performed by the greatest of craftsman who have perfected their trade. We pride ourselves in supporting the Indian people at this very unique craft. The beauty of our fabrics and embellishments lie in their uniqueness and there may be minor differences in color and design. Because each item is made by hand, and no two are exactly alike, variations are to be expected and celebrated!
We recommend dry cleaning only to keep the integrity of our fabric, colors and embellishments in tact.
